- Monday to Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Special Hours:
- For Kitchener Rangers home games on Tuesdays and Fridays, the Box Office is open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- For events that fall on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays, the Box Office will be open 2 hours before the start of the event.
- For events that fall on weekdays, the Box Office will open at 10:00 am and stay open until the event starts.
- Rangers/Titans season ticket holders with questions about their tickets can email The Aud's box office

The Centre in the Square Box Office will open on event days 2 hours before the start of the event.
