Our Mercedes-Benz Kitchener-Waterloo Luxury Suites are available for most events at The Aud!

Event calendar
Leasing packages
With available leasing options, reward your employees or clients throughout the year!  The advantages of leasing a luxury suite include:
  • Personalized service provided by both Food & Beverage and Auditorium Management
  • Tickets for all 34 Kitchener Rangers home games
  • Set number of parking passes for each paid event
  • Opportunity to purchase additional tickets to suite maximum
  • Exclusive Luxury Suite Parking area, entrance, food and beverage service & menu, and washroom facilities
  • Compulsory buy in for large scale special events where there is a view from the suite
  • Advance access to bowl and VIP seating and packages for special events
  • Padded stadium seats to watch the event, in addition to bar rail seating in the suite
  • Wet bar and fridge in every suite
  • Opportunity to arrange for private food service
  • Use of the suite one hour before event start, unless restricted from doing so based on promotor and event requirements

Code of conduct

The below expectations are put in place to ensure the enjoyment of every guest that attends an event in one of our Luxury Suites.
CODE OF CONDUCT

  • All guests must have a ticket on them at all times.
  • Suite capacities are strictly enforced.
  • Alcohol beverages cannot leave the licensed area of the suite level.
  • We pride ourselves on providing a safe, respectful and family-friendly atmosphere. We ask that you be courteous of other guests, suite staff and The Aud personnel and refrain from using foul or aggressive language.
  • Failure to adhere to these rules will result in the possible termination of suite agreement.
  • We reserve the right to escort those displaying bad behaviours off the premises.
