- Monday - Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
- Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Special Hours:
- For Kitchener Rangers home games on Tuesdays and Fridays, the Box Office is open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- For events that fall on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays, the Box Office will be open 2-hours prior to the start of the event.
- For events that fall on weekdays, the Box Office will open at 10:00 am, and stay open until the event starts.
