- Box Office Closure Notice
- Due to ongoing construction, the Box Office at The Aud will be closed on Tuesday, January 13.
- Ticket Purchasing
- Tickets can still be purchased through the Centre In The Square (in person, by phone, or online).
- Groups & Suites
- Group and suite clients may arrange to have tickets left at Fan Services or picked up at the Centre In The Square.
- Season Ticket Holders
- For any season ticket–related inquiries, please email boxoffice@theaud.ca.
Special Hours:
- For Kitchener Rangers home games on Tuesdays and Fridays, the Box Office is open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- For events that fall on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays, the Box Office will be open 2 hours before the start of the event.
- For events that fall on weekdays, the Box Office will open at 10:00 am and stay open until the event starts.
Rangers/Titans season ticket holders with questions about their tickets can email boxoffice@theaud.ca.
