 Fan Services

There are two Fan Services office locations within The Aud. Users can find Fan Services in both the main lobby and East Avenue entrance locations within The Aud. The Fan Services main lobby location is used by both community user groups and special events guests.

Fan Services provides the following to improve your experience:

  • Provide directions to get to The Aud

  • Help find your lost/misplaced child(ren)

  • Provide keys for your dressing room

  • Answer your questions

  • Offer assistance

Someone at Fan Services will help you get the answers you need.

Hours of operation:

  • Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. 
  • Weekends 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.
