Group Sales
The Aud offers group sales to groups of 15 or more. Groups may contact
the Group Sales Administrator and have tickets held for them. Tickets
must be finalized by the time indicated by the Group Sales Administrator
at the time of order and payment must be received in full before the
tickets can be printed.
Box Office
The Aud has a completely computerized ticketing system with on line
selling capabilities. Box Office hours are 10 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday
and 10 am to 4 pm Saturdays for September to April. Summer box office
hours are 10 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday only for May to August. On
Sundays or holidays if there is a ticketed event the box office opens
2 hours before the start of the event. The Box Office is managed by
the Sales and Service Supervisor and staffed with part time sellers.
IATSE
The Aud is a unionized house under the jurisdiction of the International
Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees and Moving Picture Machine Operators
of the United States and Canada local 357. All televised events, theatrical
presentations, stage and fashion shows are covered by this agreement.
House Staff
The Aud has part-time ushers, ticket takers, door people and customer
service kiosk attendants. They are managed by the Sales and Service
Supervisor.
Event Staff
The Aud has part-time and full-time event staff, managed by the Event
Supervisor.
Parking Staff
The Aud provides part-time parking attendants for events that are well
attended. There are approximately 2000 parking spaces available on site.
Security
Building security is looked after by the Sales and Service Supervisor
and their staff. If additional security is needed for an event, private
security or off duty Waterloo Regional police are hired.
Food and Beverage
All food and beverage within The Aud is handled by a private catering
company. Currently this contract is with Compass. All food and
beverage requests must be directed to Compass. Their phone number is
