  The main lobby and Kinsmen/Kiwanis ice pads are now "Wireless Hotspots" courtesy of Execulink Telecom. Access to Execulink's wireless services is FREE.

Accessibility  
  The Aud is accessible to the special needs community.
  Washrooms, dressing rooms, seating, elevators, and ramps have all been designed and or installed to allow for use by all persons.
     
Parking  
  Approximately 2,200 on site parking spaces.
     
Box Office  
  In total, 8 wickets servicing the three main entrances.
     
Elevators  
  Three elevators in total, one freight and two passenger.
  One - 2,000 lbs. (907 kg) freight elevator servicing the Auditorium.
Freight elevator size is 4’ wide, 6’ long, 7’ high.
  One - 2,000 lbs. (907 kg) 12 person passenger elevator servicing the Auditorium.
  One - 3,500 lbs. (1,588 kg) 21 person passenger elevator servicing the Twin Pad.
  There is also a loading ramp (10’ x 12’) leading from the Auditorium ice level to Kiwanis ice level.
     
Amenities and Miscellaneous  
Stages  
  Various heights and sizes including a basic 42” high stage, expandable from
24’ x 24’, to 24’ x 40’, or 24’ x 56’.
   
Tables and Chairs
  Available to fill rooms as per required numbers.
  500 interlocking theatre-style cushioned chairs
  Additional chairs, tables, drapery, carpet, etc. may be rented, if required.
   
Two-Way Radio
  The Aud maintenance and security staff use radios that can be made available for event personnel.

  Available for all entrances and controlled by The Aud’s staff.
